In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows :
Cancellation of service like Online application Form submission and you find that the amount has been deducted and you did not get the Form Order ID No. and others Fee Payment but did not get the confirmation Reciet No. or for others services etc. for all our services must be made at least 5 business days prior to the end of the current service period.
Requests received later than 5 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation or services for the next service period.
We will try our best to create the suitable services for our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund within 30 days from the initiated date of the service. The final refunds will be made after deducting the Tax if applicable where ever and the Hourly charges for the work completed by us.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same account
