GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

    How to apply (follow any one of the following procedures)

  • Applicant can register by filling Online Application Form - Post Graduate Online Application, Under Graduate Online Application at www.ayushmancollege.com

  • The prospectus and application form can be purchased from college on cash payment of Rs.300/- The student should fill up the application form attached in prospectus and submit in Administrative Block office at College Campus.

  • To receive prospectus and application form by post, or while sending website downloaded application form(duly filled in own handwriting) - send application form or application along with a Demand Draft for Rs.350/- in favor of “Ayushman College” payable at Bhopal and send it to address :-
    City Office – Principal, Ayushman College, HIG 3 Lake View Complex, C-Sector, Shahpura, Near Bansal Hospital, Bhopal (M.P.)-462016.

FEES SCHEDULE

  • The candidate will have to deposit full fee at the time of admission as fixed for the academic year.

  • University examination fee, Enrollment fee, Eligibility fee or any other fee which is to be deposited in the university will be as per guidelines given by Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University, Jabalpur.

  • If the special training is given to the student outside the college and associated hospital and in other institution or outside Bhopal such expenses and costs will have to be borne by student.

  • Extracurricular /clinical trainings/workshops/CMEs/Seminars etc. organized by college has to be attended by candidate (minimum 2 annually) expenses and costs of such events will have to be borne by student.
