Bachelor Medical Laboratory technology degree course The Bachelor Of Medical Laboratory Technology is a three Year integrated degree course. The training of the candidates registered for Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology course is aimed at equipping the candidate to carry out all the routine and modern sophisticated diagnostic procedures in a modern laboratory. A person qualified in BMLT can get job as Laboratory Technician, in hospitals and pathology labs.

Eligibility :-

Candidates who have passed 10+2 examination with chemistry, physics, Biology conducted by the recognized board council/ university with minimum 50% marks. Student must have completed 17 years of age.

Training :-

For Practical training the students are posted in various labs and are engaged in day today work with senior technicians under supervision of pathologists. Following major laboratory disciplines are included in the syllabus in addition to basic sciences.

1. Biochemistry 2. Microbiology including Bacteriology, mycology, Parasitology and Virology 3. Pathology including Morbid, Anatomy, Histopathology, Cytology, and Immunopathology. 4. Hematology including Blood Transfusion and Clinical Pathology

DMLT

Diploma In Medical Laboratory Technology Diploma in medical technology Laboratory is a two-year course. The training is aimed at equipping the candidate to carry out all the routine and some of the sophisticated diagnostic procedures. This is a short duration course, which gives Technician, in hospitals and pathology labs.

Bachelor Of Physiotherapy Degree course The Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) is a full Time 4 1/2-year Degree Course. In present times, Physiotherapists are highly acclaimed and globally recognized job-oriented Professionals. It is only with the help of Physiotherapy that any person is able to recover fully & completely. In Medical World. It is the most significant support service today. Outside the Medical World too. it commands respect. more so in the present morbid and mechanized life of the modern world, for here it is an independent identity by itself. The Course and the Training imparts to the candidate a very special & unique ability of handing cases of diseases and injuries pre-and post operative, pre-and post-trauma, non-operative cases, short and long recuperative cases, in a Hospital and in the fields. Left it be forgotten, the Course is considered to be complete only after the candidate has undergone a compulsory 6-month full Time Rotating Internship.

BPT COURSE OBJECTIVES

1. Acquire adequate theoretical & practical Knowledge in basic Medical Subjects. 2. Acquire Proficiency in the skills of Basic Physiotherapy Procedures and Techniques duly supported with adequate theoretical basics of allied sciences. 3. Acquire ability to detect Patho-physiological impairment of Structural & Functional deviations using methods of physical diagnosis to evaluate the disability prognosis. 4. Acquire competency in imparting physio-therapeutic measures of choice / s towards symptomatic, preventive, curative and restorative or rehabilitative goals. 5. Acquire ethical as well as moral codes and conduct of Professional practice, with dedication towards patient welfare as the prime responsibility.

Professionally Qualified & trained Physiotherapists are required for a wide range of application and can serve the mankind by working in the following centers: - Hospitals, Rehabilitation Centers, Physiotherapy Schools & Collages, Health Clubs, Nursing Homes, Physiotherapy Centers, Healthcare Centers, Occupational Health centers, Old-age Homes, Sports Centers, Personnel Trainers.

CRITERIA

1. Admission will be on merit and personal interview basis. 2. Candidate will have to undergo medical examination at the time of admission. Admission will be confirmed only after Medical Fitness Certificate from Medical Board. 3. All Fees have to be paid at the time of admission. 4. Fees is non-refundable under any circumstances. 5.Medium of Instruction is English. 6. All free payable to the University are not included in the Collage Free structure. 7.The student directly to the University rules must deposit all fee payable to the University. 8. Candidates must have minimum 80% attendance in Theory Classes along with satisfactory Performance in the day to day /clinical training AND 70% in Practical Classes, for appearing in the University Examination. 9. Collage Authorities are authorized to take any suitable action that they deem fit, against those students who do not fulfill above requirements.

DRESS CODE

Students will be attired in the prescribed uniform to attend their classes. Apron is compulsory for all students.

HOSTEL FACILITY

Separate Hostel for Boys and Girls are available. Hostel fee is not included in the Collage Fee.

PLACEMENT CELL

Collage has a placement Cell, headed by a HRD Cell Incharge. Desirous Students can receive Free Services of this cell. The Cell is in contact with various Hospitals for Para Medic Personnel.
